Who’s Who
We have a broad group of folks contributing to our blog, and thought you might like to know who they are and what they do for Truliant.
Donnie Peaks is the director, deposit services for Truliant and is responsible for all consumer and commercial deposit accounts and products (checking, saving, money market, certificates, etc.). In addition to his day-to-day duties, Peaks facilitates seminars and information sessions regarding financial counseling and industry related topics. He is a Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor and a Certified IRA Specialist.
Rik Kielbasa is the vice president of Truliant’s Member Contact Center, which employees 76 people from the communities in which we serve. The contact center is an incredibly powerful resource for Truliant as Rik and his team serves more than 670,000 member phone calls each year.
Marjorie Rorie is the director of community services for Truliant and is responsible for developing cost-effective strategies and initiatives for serving “underserved” households, people of modest means and multicultural populations.
Chad Scribner has a background in Web development and is the manager of eServices at Truliant. He’s responsible for providing members with online products and services such as Online Banking, Easy Pay, FinanceWorks, Mobile Banking, eStatements and more.
Emily Perkins is the manager of Truliant’s Clemmons, NC Member Financial Center.
Troy Martens is the vice president of consumer and real estate lending for Truliant. He is responsible for existing loan products, new product development and overall loan portfolio risk. Martens has 15 years of experience in Lending and has a strong track record in the development and launching of innovative financial products and services.
Chris Murray is the manager of Truliant’s High Point, NC Member Financial Center.
Joe Clark is Truliant’s general counsel – meaning he’s the guy that tells us when we have to include legal statements like “Loans subject to credit approval.” More than likely you’ll see some of his work in blog post or somewhere around the site.
