You’re Not Just a Customer; You’re A Member-Owner!

As I walked up the sidewalk on my way into the Truliant building to work, a man stopped his car beside me to ask a question. “Where do I park?” he said, “all these spaces have ‘member-owner’ written on them.” I thought momentarily, startled by the question. Regaining my composure, I smiled and told him that any of the spaces that say “member-owner” are for you since you are a potential member-owner.  In that moment it became quite obvious to me how different Truliant is from other businesses. When someone participates with us they become part owner – a member-owner.
