Minimum Qualifications:
We are seeking a professional results/goal oriented individual who is self motivated, well organized, proactive, and has excellent presentation and written/verbal communication skills.  Actively manage and grow relationships and to pursue new Business Partner opportunities in Charlotte and surrounding areas to further credit union growth. The ideal candidate will use traditional and innovative sales strategies, i.e. cold calling, work site visits,  direct business correspondence and employee/business-to-business presentations to promote credit union growth.  Responsible for supporting overall business development goals and programs.   A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of two plus years experience in business development, sales/marketing, or related field in a financial services institution preferred.  Previous experience working with a Credit Union Business Development or Bank At Work program is a plus.  This is a salaried position only.  Travel within a specified territory is required.
