Job Title: Full-Time Call Center Representative
 
Location: Main Office - 3200 Truliant Way
Winston-Salem, North Carolina
 
Days/Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Saturdays 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
 
Essential Functions:
Providing courteous and professional assistance to members by answering questions, helping to resolve problems and enhancing their financial relationship with the credit union.

Minimum Qualifications:
Ideal candidate will have one year of related work experience.  Basic typing and computer skills, ability to continually answer incoming calls and maintain a courteous, patient and supportive style.  Must have excellent communication skills.  Call center and financial services industry experience preferred.
