We are seeking an analytical marketer, who is also creative for our Marketing Database Analyst.  Responsibilities include the development and production of member/market data and direct mail communications for the credit union.  This position is also responsible for database (Marketing Customer Information File) reporting and analysis, and integration of segmentation into CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform, demographics, and measurement and tracking of marketing initiatives.  Advanced MS Word, Excel, MCIF systems, CRM and database experience preferred, but not required, along with marketing experience.  Excellent communication, verbal and written, organizational and analytical skills are required.  Must be tech savvy and able to quickly learn software to operate systems.
