Essential Functions:

Senior lending mangaer, provides leadership and direction for entire Business Lending, Business Deposits and Ancillary Business Products administration function.  Responsible for creating, organizing, planning, directing, and implementing the strategic activities of Business Lending, Business Deposits, and Ancillary Business Products.  Provides leadership directly to team of business lending professionals and indirectly to other frontline managers/employees to ensure quality of work, smooth service delivery and adherence to the strategic direction of the credit union.  Manages all aspects of Credit Administration for Business Lending department's responsibilities including marketing, origination, underwriting, processing, servicing and collection of all business loans.  Evaluates the Business Loan portfolio and analyzes any developing trends.  Develops and implements business lending and deposit budget, objectives, policies and practices.


Minimum Qualifications:

Experience with multi-lending channel operations.  Proven track record of product development and implementation.  Ability to apply technology to financial products and service delivery.  Excellent communication and leadership skills.  Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Office preferred.  Ability to interact at all organizational levels, including the Board of Directors.  Bachelor's degree in business, finance or a related field, ten years of management and business lending experience is required.
