Days/Hours: Full-time position
 

Essential Functions:
Responsible for the efficient overall management and business development of a Member Financial Center of less than $70 million in combined savings and loans.
 
1.       
Ensure smooth operation of Member Financial Center through   management and effective delegation.
2.        Directs overall lending and deposit activity for the
Member Financial Center.
3.        Prepares and monitors budget to ensure proper
financial management.
4.        Prepares and implements Member Financial Center Business Plan
5.        Responds to security and audit findings and revises operations to be in compliance.
6.        Shares Member Financial Center priorities and activities with all staff on a regular basis to ensure effective communication.
7.        Shares responsibilities for coordinating business development activities so that new Business Partners are identified, added, enrolled and serviced.
8.        Mentor, coach and develop staff to promote highest level
of performance.
9.        Supports credit union member service and TQS guidelines.
10.     Carry out other responsibilities as required.


Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred. Five years experience in financial services; three years in branch operations.  Business developement ability.  Excellent communication ability with staff and members.  Must have knowledge of various types of software.  Strong leadership ability.
