Minimum Qualifications:

Truliant Federal Credit Union, a financial services organization, is seeking a strong visionary and dynamic individual to champion the organization’s leadership development and training initiatives. Reporting to the SVP, Human Resources, this key role will be responsible for leadership and organizational development across the entire enterprise as well as developing training programs, and directing the efforts of a team of five dedicated Trainers. Candidates must have proven and inspiring leadership qualities, a minimum of five plus year’s management, organizational development and training experience including collaborating across multiple functional areas.  Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Human Resources or related field with five plus year’s experience designing and implementing leadership development initiatives as well as training programs, preferably in Financial Services industry.
