Winston-Salem, N.C. (April 7, 2008) – Truliant Federal Credit Union has named Rik Kielbasa as the new Vice President of its Member Contact Center. Rik has joined Truliant with more than 11 years of financial services experience and will work out of Truliant’s Winston-Salem, N.C. headquarters.
“I am excited about the chance to become part of an organization that seeks to improve the quality of its member-owners’ lives,” said Kielbasa. “It is not often you have a chance to work in the financial services industry and know that the goal of the company is to improve the lives of the people they serve.”
Prior to joining Truliant, Kielbasa served as the Direct Sales Operation Manager for GMAC Insurance where he led the direct channel call center in the Winston-Salem area, and as an Assistant Vice President in Operations with Citigroup in their call center in Mcleansville, N.C.
Rik is a graduate of Walden University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and is currently earning his MBA from Elon University in Elon, N.C.
