Truliant Presents Financial Literacy During the King Celebration
 
When: Monday, January 19, 2009
Time: 2 p.m.
Where: Central Gym - 624 Brewer Street, Asheboro, NC  27203
What: MLK, Jr. Celebration Festivities – Financial Literacy Workshop - How Money Works!
 
As part of the Martin Luther King, Jr. celebration in Asheboro, NC, Truliant Federal Credit Union will conduct a financial literacy class in the Central Gym at 624 Brewer Street at 2 p.m., followed by three-on-three basketball games. The workshop entitled, How Money Works is designed to teach teens and adults basic financial knowledge, develop financial confidence, and how to use financial services effectively. Truliant will give away door prizes and refreshments will be served. Other King Day festivities at the gym include a breakfast at 8 a.m.
