Winston-Salem, N.C. (April 23, 2009) – Truliant Federal Credit Union has named Mark Ricketson as the new senior business services officer of its Business Service Department. Mark joined Truliant with more than 11 years of commercial experience and will work out of the Truliant Member Financial Center on South Tryon Street located in downtown Charlotte, N.C.
”I am very excited to be working for such a strong and customer-oriented credit union, like Truliant!” said Ricketson.
Prior to joining Truliant, Ricketson served as a commercial lender vice president, for The Scottish Bank, in Charlotte, N.C. where he managed, trained, and mentored loan analyst. Prior to joining The Scottish Bank, Ricketson had a diversified commercial banking background including being a commercial relationship officer for First Charter Bank in Charlotte, N.C. and was recognized as the 2005 and 2006 bank wide top performers.

Mark is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Asheville with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Minor in Business Administration.
