CREDIT UNION OFFERS FREE INCOME TAX ASSISTANCE SITE


Winston-Salem, N.C. (January 29, 2010) – In the continued spirit of community involvement, Truliant Federal Credit Union is hosting a free income tax assistance site through the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program in their Fred J. Sarda Community Pavilion in Winston-Salem. In 2009 Truliant’s VITA site served over 180 people and uncovered $300,000 in tax refunds.
