As of July 2, 2009, you will be able to access your account or make loan payments at any area Truliant location or Shared Service Center. You may also contact us or make loan payments by mail at: PO Box 26000, Winston-Salem, NC 27114-6000. Your Truliant member number will be the same as your Jefferson-Pilot number. Please be assured that your accounts remain federally insured by the National Credit Union Administration up to at least $250,000.
