Experience

Joe Clark has over 13 years of management and leadership experience in the credit union industry. He joined Truliant as its Compliance Officer in June, 1994. He was named to the Senior Planning Team in January, 1999 and was promoted to General Counsel in January, 2001. Mr. Clark directs all legal, regulatory and compliance functions for the Credit Union and has responsibility over the collections area.

Education

Mr. Clark received his BS in Business Administration with an accounting concentration from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his Juris Doctorate from North Carolina Central University (cum laude).
