2006 Charitable Contributions

Each year Truliant Federal Credit Union dedicates a percentage of its revenues to community support, while many of its employees dedicate their time outside of work to volunteerism.

For 2006, Truliant donated $20,100 to charitable organizations in their service areas, and of the almost 400 employees at the Credit Union, an impressive 8,600 volunteer hours were logged outside of work.

Truliant’s community involvement and monetary donations are determined based on requests from employees that are deeply involved in their communities and local charitable organizations. For credit unions, social responsibility is a top priority as volunteerism and contributions embody their true spirit and positively impact people’s lives. People of the community join a credit union not only out of a sense of doing what is best financially, but also out of a sense of doing good for the community in which they live. Truliant has made donations of both time and money to the following charitable organizations in their service areas during the 2006 year:
