| Essential Functions: Providing courteous and professional assistance to members by answering questions, helping to resolve problems and enhancing their financial relationship with the credit union. Minimum Qualifications: Ideal candidate will have one year of related work experience. Basic typing and computer skills, ability to continually answer incoming calls and maintain a courteous, patient and supportive style. Must have excellent communication skills.
