Credit unions are democratic, member-owned financial cooperatives. We are different from other financial institutions because every member-owner gets the opportunity to vote for the volunteer Board of Directors. Please take a few minutes to review the candidates for our 2012 Elections.

Branch K. Sternal (Incumbent)

TFCU member–25+ yrs; current Board Vice Chairman & Certified CU Director. I enthusiastically support Truliant’s philosophy, mission & strategic plan, and eagerly look forward to serving our members and help provide them choices.

James T. Flythe, Jr. (Incumbent)

Duke Energy-NC East Region Dir for Gov’t and Community Relations. 26 yrs w/ Duke Energy. Electrical Engg degree from Clemson Univ & MBA from UNC Charlotte. Serve on several non-profit boards. Support the CU philosophy and look forward to serving TFCU members.

Joseph Myers (Incumbent)

I have served on the Truliant Board since January 2008 in various capacities, currently serving as Treasurer. I am committed to improving our member-owners financial lives, in conjunction with providing strong fiscal oversight.

Troy M. Brim (Incumbent)

President-Pella Window & Door Co., fmr President-Pinehurst Furniture Co. & V.P. Texfi Industries, Inc. Acctg & Business degree-Guilford College. Member TFCU 20+ yrs. Board member for past 2 years; serve on Executive & Nominating Committees and as Chair of Strategic Planning Committee.
