Q: What do I need to do to get started using the mobile solutions?
A: You’ll need to set up your Online Banking access first. This is easiest way to do this is from a computer (desktop, laptop, netbook, etc) rather than from a mobile device. If you are planning on using the SMS Text service, you’ll need to click on the Mobile Banking and Alerts tabs and add a phone.

Q: What’s the difference between the iPhone app and Mobile Web?
A: The biggest difference you might notice is that the iPhone app tends to be quicker.The iPhone app has all of the visual components already installed on the phone, meaning it only has to pull the data and not the graphics. It turn, it uses less bandwidth of your data plan. Mobile Web access is still a graphically light option and loads quickly, so it doesn’t use much data bandwidth either.

Mobile Web allows for Cross-Member Transfers, and it features a link to our rates, which the Tru2Go iPhone app does not currently support.

Q: How do I add a phone for SMS Text?
A: Just sign in to Online Banking and click on the Mobile Banking and Alerts tab. You’ll see the instructions there.

Q: How do I pay bills using Mobile Web access or the Tru2Go iPhone app?
A: To sign up for, or add a payee in Easy Pay, you will first need to go into Online Banking from a computer and click on the Easy Pay tab. You can also access the regular site using your mobile phone, although it may not display that well on your screen. Once you have added your payees, you can initialize a payment using the mobile solutions.
