Easy Deposit

Easy Deposit is a service available to you as a Truliant member-owner through Online Banking that allows you to deposit checks into your account using your own scanner and computer. This new service offers you convenience, safety and security.

How Does it Work? 
Your scanner takes a picture of the check and sends the picture and information to Truliant through the Easy Deposit service. This service uses image-based technology software to electronically transmit images of checks. The Credit Union processes the check like any other check.

Steps to Make a Deposit
1) Simply log on to Online Banking and click on the SERVICES tab. You will see Easy Deposit listed as one of the Services available on this page 
2) Choose the account that you want to deposit into from the drop down box and then click ENTER. 
3) Follow the steps 1-5 as listed on the Easy Deposit screen. The steps are numbered down the left side of the screen

Deposit Review 
After you submit your deposit through Easy Deposit, Truliant will need to review your deposit before crediting your account to make sure the check will not have any problems clearing. Deposits made before 3:00 pm EST on a normal business day will be reviewed that day. If you make a deposit after 3:00 pm EST or anytime on a day we are not open, we will review your deposit on the following business day.

Types of Checks for Deposit 
You may deposit any U.S. dollar check, drawn on banks with valid U.S. Routing and Transit numbers including personal, business, cashier, official and U.S. Treasury checks. Each check must be a genuine, original check (no copies), free from alterations, and must legibly include all of the legal parts of a check. All checks must be endorsed in blue or black ink ONLY.

Monthly Fee Schedule 
The number of items you deposit each month will determine your fee.
