3. Enter your Member Number
(located at the top of your account statement)
4. Enter your four-digit Personal Access Code
5. Press zero (0), then pound (#) to access the guided menu

Tips For Use

• Your one or two-digit account number or three-digit loan number is located on your account statement
• Press pound (#) after an entry only when requested.
• Enter amounts in dollar and cents and RSVP automatically inserts the decimal. For example, 2500 is read as $25.00.
