Shared Branching Network

The Shared Branching Network is intended to offer more locations to serve your financial needs.

We are please to be able to serve you on behalf of your credit union through the shared Branching Network (SBN). In order to better serve you, we have provided the following infromation on the services that we can offer SBN members.

    Identification requirements

  • Identification must have a photo and signature for all transactions and all members must complete a transaction request form. Acceptable photo ID is required. We can not accept a company ID or credit card.
  • SBN members must provide the name of their credit union, as well as their member number and the last four digits of the social security number of the account holder. Unfortunately, we are unable to look us a member number for you. We can only provide services for individual account owners or their joint account owners.

With a valid ID, we will accept deposits from a non-owner of an account as determined by your credit union. If this occurs, you must resolve access by contacting your credit union directly.

We are happy to provide you with the phone number and access to a phone to contact your credit union about any requests or services you may need.

    Services we offer:

  • Deposits
  • Cash-back transactions or withdrawals - limit of $1,000 per day
  • Balance inquiries
  • Account-to-account transfers - Transfers can be made between more than one credit union
  • Statement printouts - Free of charge for the last 10 transactions on an account
  • Loan payments - Please note that some credit unions may not allow access
  • Official checks - Official checks may be made payable only to the individuals(s) listed on the account and are $2.00 per check
  • Notary services - $2.00 per notary signature
  • VISA® cash advances

    Types of service we are unable to provide:

  • Truliant does not control account holds - Each credit union sets its own hold policy (Check or cash deposits can be held at the discretion of the member's credit union)
  • Travelers Cheques and money orders
  • Cashing of checks that you write to others
  • Requests made by phone, mail or fax
  • Requests for new accounts or loans
  • Account maintenance, such as address/name changes or other updates to accounts
  • Official checks made payable to someone else other than the owner of the account
  • Check orders and wire transfers
