President's Business Message

This message is brought to you by Marc Schaefer, President & CEO of Truliant Federal Credit Union.

President’s Year End Message

Marc Schaefer, President and CEO of Truliant Federal Credit UnionThe effects of the recession continue to cast a shadow over the recovery of personal financial balance sheets. Business leaders know that when their employees are distracted by financial concerns, they are less productive. Truliant has developed and rolled out the No-Cost Credit Review and our Vital Basics processes to ensure that we are focusing on understanding and meeting our members’ (your employees’) financial needs.

At Truliant we train our staff to ask open-ended questions that will allow us to provide the best advice we can; we do not push product, nor do we incent sales. We do capture and reward meaningful interactions resulting in members positioning their finances to reach their goals. Our process has been recognized as a best practice by the Corporate Executive Board’s Council on Financial Competition. More importantly, it has been recognized by our members through their adoption and use of our services, resulting in an annual average growth in assets of nearly 10% over the past four years and through the height of the recession.

Truliant is proud to team up with our over 900 Business Partner companies to improve the financial condition and future of your workforce. It is our key objective and our mission to complement your objective of a workforce dedicated in achieving your goals.

On behalf of the Board of Directors and the management team at Truliant, we thank you for your confidence in us and the honor of serving your company.
