Skip A Loan Payment
We’ve enhanced our Skip-A-Pay1 service to include many loan types. Additionally, we are waiving the standard $25 fee. You may now request to skip your monthly payment up to three times in 2020, and they can even happen across consecutive months. Simply log in to Online Banking, select "Additional Services" and scroll down to Skip-A-Pay. Please note that you must request Skip-A-Pay each month, each time the payment is due.

Skip Your Credit Card Payment in June and July
Members with a Truliant VISA may be eligible to skip their payment due on the 20th of each month through July.2 This offer is available to personal and business cardholders. Notices will be included with statements for members who qualify. No action is required if you choose to skip your payment. Simply do not make the payment due in June or July. If you choose to make your payment, that’s fine too – just make it as you normally would. If you access your VISA account in online banking via GoToMyCard, you will see a minimum payment due. Automatic payments will continue to post unless you cancel them prior to the scheduled payment date.
If your employment income regularly deposited at Truliant has been reduced or stopped due to COVID-19, you may be eligible for a special unsecured loan with no credit check. The loan will help offset lost employment income and provide up to six weeks of pay, or up to $5,000, with a 90-day deferred first payment at a low 3.50% APR3.

Certificate Early Withdrawal Penalty Waived
If you need access to your funds due to financial hardship, we are temporarily waiving withdrawal penalties. To learn more, please call us or make an appointment to speak to one of our Member Services Representatives.
Equal Housing Lender. Federally insured by NCUA. (1) Subject to credit union approval. Skip-A-Pay works by extending your loan term by one month for each Skip-A-Pay transaction used. Account must be in good standing to qualify. Interest will continue to accrue until loan is completely paid. Truliant must be listed as the lienholder on loan to qualify. (2) Finance charges will continue to accrue at the normal rate. Delinquent, lost, stolen, bankruptcy and charged-off accounts will be excluded from this offer. (3) Subject to credit union approval. APR = Annual Percentage Rate. Loan term up to 24 months. Truliant deposit account history must show consistent employment deposits prior to March 15th. Eligible deposits include recent active direct deposit, payroll check deposits, or regular cash deposits for service industry workers. If partial pay is deposited to Truliant, we base the loan amount on what is deposited at Truliant, not the full paycheck amount. Individual applications only. Employer on the application must correspond with the employee payroll deposits.
