Truliant Names Rik Kielbasa Senior Vice President

Winston-Salem, N.C. (May 9, 2013) – Truliant Federal Credit Union recently promoted Rik Kielbasa to Senior Vice President, Member Experience. Kielbasa, already part of the Senior Management Team, will assume the additional responsibility for all Member Financial Centers while retaining strategic oversight of the Member Contact Center, Member Service Support, Card Services and E-Services.

Kielbasa has extensive financial member service experience and has been with Truliant since 2008. He has been instrumental in developing and executing numerous strategies to improve efficiency and enhance member service levels across various channels, to include a collaborative role in the implementation of our Vital Basics coaching model. Truliant’s Vital Basics coaching model was specifically designed to improve the ability of our employees to successfully enhance our member-owners financial lives.
