Truliant Names Chad Frye Director of Member Experience Optimization

Release date: 10/21/2013

Winston-Salem, N.C. (October 22, 2013) – Truliant Federal Credit Union recently promoted Chad Frye to Director of Member Experience Optimization. Frye will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance member experience at every level of the Credit Union, including overseeing the conceptual design and construction of all new Member Financial Centers.

As the primary liaison between both member facing and support area employees throughout the branch network and at Truliant's Winston-Salem headquarters, Frye will encourage collaboration and promote strategic partnerships to maximize member experience, developing and implementing comprehensive plans to enhance processes, reduce member effort, and improve service quality.

"It's absolutely essential that, above and beyond the duties assigned to a position, our Optimization Team embraces Truliant's mission to help improve the financial lives of all of our member-owners," said Todd Hall, Truliant's chief operating officer. "Chad's promotion is a result of his dedication to this mission and his commitment to member experience optimization, which has tremendous potential to significantly improve financial lives."

Frye has over 20 years of experience with Truliant, serving in many different roles throughout his career with the credit union. "I believe that my diverse experiences with Truliant and dedication to exceptional member service will serve me well in fulfilling this critical responsibility to identify optimization opportunities that will enhance the financial lives of our member-owners," said Frye.

In addition to member service optimization, Frye's new role also involves coordination of Member Financial Center (MFC) building efforts as Truliant continues to grow in the upcoming months and years.

Frye received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Risk Management from Appalachian State University. Throughout his 20 years with Truliant, Frye has worked in and with a variety of critical departments, most recently as a Regional Director overseeing Truliant’s Member Financial Centers in the Triad.
