Truliant Names Curtis Richmond Member Financial Center Manager

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (Nov. 17, 2017) – Truliant Federal Credit Union (Truliant) has named Michael Curtis manager of its Richmond, Va. Member Financial Center.
As manager, Curtis will be responsible for branch oversight and ensuring service consistent with Truliant's goal of improving member lives. Additionally, he will lead efforts to develop skillsets among staff to help members accomplish their financial goals.
“Michael has demonstrated a gift for inspired leadership in his previous managerial roles,” said Kim Alderman, central regional director of Member Financial Centers. “He is a perfect fit as manager of the Richmond location.”
Curtis has two decades of banking industry experience and has served as branch manager at Bank of America, Wells Fargo and SunTrust. He also previously served as Compliance Director at financial services provider Live Well Financial.
Curtis, who is also a pastor, lives in Richmond, Va. with his son Benjamin. He is founder and CEO of the non-profit, City of Refuge for All People, Inc., which provides food and clothing to those in need, family counseling and job interview training.
