Precious-McCloud.jpgWINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (February 16, 2018) – Truliant Federal Credit Union (Truliant) has promoted Precious Quire-McCloud to the role of Vice President Member Experience, Member Contact Centers (MCC).
 
In this role, Quire-McCloud is responsible for supporting digital guidance and developing multi-channel strategies as well as leading all of Truliant’s internal and external Member Contact Center efforts, which provides members with trusted financial guidance. She reports to Rik Kielbasa, Chief Digital Officer.
 
“Precious has earned this opportunity by leading others to achieve high performance, living our mission, and achieving superior results for Truliant,” Kielbasa said. “Her leadership, depth of knowledge, mentoring, professional growth and dedication have played a pivotal role in improving service in our MCC and improving the lives of our members.”
 
In 2013, Quire-McCloud joined Truliant as Operations Manager in its Member Contact Center, leveraging extensive multi-site and global contact center experience.
 
In 2014 she was promoted to Director of Member Experience, assuming direct oversight of contact center operations. In 2017, she led the transformation of Truliant’s MCC by locating strategic partners to handle routine transactional calls, allowing staff to provide support to members with more complex banking issues and concerns.
 
A native of Liberia, West Africa, Quire-McCloud earned a Master of Business Administration degree from High Point University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Appalachian State University. She is a member of the American Business Women’s Association (ABWA) and was recognized in 2017 as a Triad Business Journal Outstanding Women in Business honoree. In 2018, she was recognized as a McDonald’s Rhythms of Triumph award winner for personal contributions to her local community. Additionally, she serves on the Board of Directors of the North Carolina Black Repertory Company.
