    Financial Relief Options for Members

    Since 1952, Truliant has been dedicated to meeting the needs of our members. And, as we face this pandemic together, that commitment will not waver. We are now offering several new options to assist financially. If you are not sure of what you may need and would like help, please call us at 800.822.0382.


    Skip A Loan Payment

    We’ve enhanced our Skip-A-Pay1 service to include many loan types. Additionally, we are waiving the standard $25 fee. You may now request to skip your monthly payment up to three times in 2020, and they can even happen across consecutive months. Simply log in to Online Banking, select "Additional Services" and scroll down to Skip-A-Pay. Please note that you must request Skip-A-Pay each month, each time the payment is due.

    Skip Your Credit Card Payment in May

    All members with a Truliant VISA can skip their payment due on May 20th, 20202. We’ll send a notice in April VISA statements, and this one-time offer is available to personal and business cardholders. If you choose to skip your payment, no action is needed. Simply do not make the payment due on May 20th. If you choose to make your May 20th payment, that’s fine too – just make it as you normally would.

    Updates to our Branch Operations

    To further ensure the safety of our members and staff, and in accordance with state and local guidelines, we have made temporary adjustments to branch location operating hours.

    All Truliant locations will move to appointment only for lobby visits, maintaining normal hours Monday through Friday. Please note that Saturday hours are suspended until further notice. Teller transactions can be conducted via drive-thru at locations listed below.

    These changes have no impact on our Call Center hours, which can be reached at 800.822.0382 Monday to Thursday 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., Friday 7:30 a.m. - 6 p.m., and Saturday 9 a.m.- noon. As a reminder, we have a full suite of digital banking options, too.

    We will resume normal hours of operation as soon as possible and appreciate your patience as we continue to safely serve our members.

    We offer a wide range of digital self-service options to help you with your banking needs from virtually anywhere, anytime. Truliant’s Online Banking and Tru2Go mobile app is available for Apple and Android devices and allows you to manage your Truliant accounts, deposit checks, transfer funds, pay your bills, and more right from home.

    Tru2Go app

    Our highly rated Apple and Android mobile app brings your accounts to your phone or tablet so you always have access to what you need, when you need it. Sign up for Online Banking to access your accounts, deposit checks, pay bills, and more right from the app.

    Mobile Check Deposit

    No need to visit the branch to deposit your checks. It’s as quick and easy as taking a picture of the check from your smartphone or tablet or by scanning them from your home computer. Receive confirmation of your accepted deposit quickly.

    Note: We’ve temporarily increased the deposit limits for Mobile Check Deposit to better meet our members’ needs during this time.

    You can sign up for this convenient service from the Tru2Go app or through Online Banking.

    Bill Pay

    With Truliant's free Bill Pay service, you can send payments for your home, car, credit card, and more from wherever you are without worrying about going to the post office for a stamp. Just schedule your payment through the mobile app or Online Banking, and we’ll do the rest.

    Transfer Funds

    Whenever you need to transfer funds from your Truliant account to other people or to your accounts at other financial institutions, schedule your transfers digitally all within your Tru2Go app or Online Banking.

    Apply for a Loan

    If you need a loan, we’re here to help. Apply online or on your mobile device for a mortgage, auto, home equity, credit card, or personal loan without visiting a branch. Use the yellow 'Apply for Loan' button at the top of the page.


     

    Our Statement on COVID-19

    Truliant will continue to keep a close eye on the impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). We understand the importance of staying informed on the latest developments of this pandemic, and are committed to making adjustments to operations as needed.

    Our goal is to keep our members and our staff safe. Extra precautions include an increased frequency of disinfecting surfaces throughout our branches, including doors, kiosks, drive-thru tubes, kids’ stations, and other frequently touched areas. We are also monitoring advice and directives from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO).

    Staff: We have implemented a wide range of travel restrictions upon our staff, asking anyone who visits CDC travel-restricted countries to self-quarantine for 14 days, and are also advising those who feel sick or who believe they may be becoming sick to stay home, along with other precautions.

    Members: We understand the need for flexibility based on individual circumstances. Members impacted by coronavirus who need special arrangements should call 800.822.0382 (Mon - Thurs 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., Friday 7:30 a.m. - 6 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m.- noon). We will continue to communicate the latest information on this page and via email and other communications.
