    Direct Deposit Makes Life Easier

    • Set up direct deposit to easily receive funds in any checking, savings or money market account from companies and organizations that use the Automated Clearing House (ACH) to transfer funds
    • Direct deposit is convenient and reliable. Provide your account number (please do not use your member number) and our routing number (253177832) to your sender. By using direct deposit, your funds will post to your account safely every time 
    • Save valuable time and improve your life by eliminating trips to the credit union to deposit checks

    Use Wire Transfers to Move Funds Securely

    • You can set up a convenient wire transfer at any Member Financial Center or over the phone 
    • Provides the peace of mind you need when moving large amounts of money from one financial institution to another through the Federal Reserve
    • For added convenience, this service is free of charge for incoming wire transfers ($20 outgoing domestic wires and $35 for outgoing international wires) 

    Free Notary Service Helps You Take Care of Business

    • Member-owners can receive signature-verification services from a notary free of charge to satisfy most of their legal requirements (a $2 fee per signature is required of non-member-owners)
    • For your convenience, a notary is available in most Member Financial Centers, but please call ahead to ensure availability
    • We know you're busy, so there's no need to make an appointment and there's no limit on the number of documents you can get notarized
    • Please bring your ID in order to satisfy your notary requests quickly and efficiently 

    Redeem Your U.S. Government Bonds Conveniently

    • Visit any Member Financial Center during business hours and conveniently cash your EE and I U.S. savings bonds free of charge, whether you're a member-owner or a non-member-owner (non-member-owner maximum redemption is $1,000)
    • We also can confirm the value of your bond without cashing it in order to help you make a financial plan 
    • Keep in mind that you need to wait at least 12 months from the issue date before cashing your bonds
    • Please bring your ID so we can satisfy your requests quickly and efficiently, and note that Truliant does not sell bonds 

    Our Medallion STAMP Service Provides Signature Guarantees

    • A free service to member-owners to guarantee genuine, appropriate signatures, most often for a stock/security transfer and name changes on security certificates
    • You can trust that this service is performed only by high-level authorized Truliant staff in our Member Financial Centers
    • Guarantees securities with values up to $750,000 to provide you greater peace of mind 
    • Please bring your ID so we can satisfy your requests quickly and efficiently

    Safe Deposit Boxes Protect Your Valuables

    • Convenient access available at Truliant Way and North Point locations (please call for availability) to safeguard important documents, valuable jewelry and more 
    • Rest assured with enhanced security, including separate keys required by the member-owner and Truliant employee in order to access the box and signatures required to record each visit 
    • Lease a safe deposit box for one year at a time; we'll automatically renew your lease each January to make it easier for you 
    • Choose from a variety of sizes to suit your needs:

      • Medium, 3x10 ($35)
      • Large, 5x10 ($50) 
      • Extra Large, 10x10 ($65, only at North Point)

    Corporate/Official Checks Delivered with Professionalism

    • Ideal solution when you want to send a check without revealing any of your personal information and available in all Member Financial Centers 
    • A $2 fee applies if the check is made payable to a third party 
    • Funds will be withdrawn immediately from your account but the check comes directly from us
