    Truliant’s new service platform for Truliant VISA® credit card holders is now available. GoToMyCard from Vantiv – Truliant’s new credit card technology provider –  gives you all the information you need to manage your Truliant VISA credit card. Simply log into your Tru2Go Online Banking account or Tru2Go Mobile Banking to do the following:

    • View transactions and account history
    • Schedule a one-time or recurring payment
    • Request eStatements
    • Activate your replacement credit card if you received one
    …. And much more!

    GoToMyCard also gives members additional self-service opportunities and other enhancements! Credit card holders can now:
    • Make a payment on your credit card account from another financial institution for free
    • Receive customer support 24/7 with our credit card customer service line by calling (800) 820-8450.
    • Request credit limit increases – directly in GoToMyCard
    • Set up balance transfers
    • View pending credit card transactions in account history
    • Receive your new credit card much faster
    • Receive email and text alerts

    ATTENTION JOINT CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT HOLDERS: Due to unforeseen circumstances, single sign-on through Tru2Go Online and mobile banking will be temporarily unavailable for joint credit card account holders ONLY. However, joint credit card account holders can access their credit card information by registering on the GoToMyCard site by clicking the GoToMyCard link under the Credit Cards tab in Online Banking and following the instructions to register, or by going directly to GoToMyCard.com from a secure connection.

    Primary credit card account holders do not have to register and can access their information by clicking the GoToMyCard link under the Credit Cards tab.

    Truliant is transitioning to a new credit card service platform to be able to provide our members with enhanced products and services, which will be introduced in the future, as well as 24/7 credit card support. This new platform is provided by Vantiv, Truliant’s credit card technology service provider. Please note: Our credit card portfolio has NOT been sold as a part of this transition. All Truliant personal and business VISA credit card accounts remain with Truliant Federal Credit Union.

    Important Reminders 

    • If you have scheduled your Truliant VISA credit card payment to pay automatically from a Truliant account, you must update this information in GoToMyCard.
    • If you are paying your Truliant VISA credit card payment from another financial institution, please provide them your 16-digit credit card number and this address: VISA; PO Box 672051; Dallas, TX 75267-2021.
    • Payments made on your Truliant VISA credit card at a Member Financial Center or the Member Contact Center before 3:30 p.m. Eastern Time will be applied the next business day. Payments made after 3:30 p.m. Eastern Time will be applied in two business days.
    • Payments made in GoToMyCard will be credited and applied the same day if made before 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (4:00 p.m. Central Time). Payments made after 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (4:00 p.m. Central Time) or on weekends or federal holidays will not be credited until the next business day. However, your payment will be applied as of the day you make it. 
    • If you received a replacement card, please make sure to change your stored card information with all bill pay or merchant websites with the 16-digit number from your replacement card.

    Mobile App Coming Soon

    Later this year, we will introduce MobiMoney, a new mobile app to manage your Truliant VISA credit cards. With MobiMoney, you will be able to control card usage via your mobile device, along with many other useful features.

    Truliant values our members and always has your best interest in mind.     Who is Vantiv?

Vantiv is the largest merchant acquirer and the largest PIN debit acquirer based on number of transactions in the U.S.
     
    Did Truliant sell its credit card portfolio?
    No.  Truliant has not sold its credit card portfolio as part of our transition to a new credit card service platform.  We are transitioning to the GoToMyCard platform with our members’ best interest in mind, to be able to provide our members with enhanced products and services, which will be introduced in the future, as well as 24/7 credit card support. All Truliant personal and business VISA credit card accounts remain with Truliant Federal Credit Union.
     
    What do I have to do now that I received a replacement card?
    • To activate your replacement card, follow the instructions on your new card or log into online banking and select the GoToMyCard link under the Credit Cards tab.
      • Members who have single-cardholder accounts and are receiving new cards due to their cards expiring (card number will remain the same) may continue to use their current card until the expiration date.  
      • For all others who received a replacement card, your previous card was DEACTIVATED on October 10, 2017. Please activate your reissued card as soon as possible.
     
    • If you have scheduled your Truliant VISA credit card payment to pay automatically from a Truliant account or an account at another financial institution, you must update this information.
      • Log into online banking
      • Select the link under the Credit Cards tab for GoToMyCard website to schedule a one-time or recurring automatic payment on your Truliant VISA credit card.
      • If you are paying from another financial institution, please provide them the 16-digit card number from your replacement card and this address: VISA; PO Box 672051; Dallas, TX  75267-2021.
     
    What additional steps should I take if my replacement card has a new number?
    • Please make sure to change stored card information with all bill pay or merchant websites with the 16-digit number from your replacement card.
    • If you have recurring automatic drafts (i.e. subscriptions, gym membership, loan payments, etc.) on your existing credit card number that will be drafted on or after October 10, 2017, you will need to contact the merchant or financial institution and provide them with the new 16-digit card number from your replacement card to avoid any payment declines.
     
    Will I get a replacement card with a new card number if I have a Truliant Business VISA credit card?
    No. Truliant Business VISA credit card numbers did not change.
     
    Where is my Truliant VISA credit card activity in online banking?
    You can log into your Truliant online banking account and select the GoToMyCard link under the Credit Cards tab to see your credit card activity.
     
    Where is my Truliant VISA credit card activity in Tru2Go mobile banking?
    You can log into your Tru2Go app and select the menu to see the GoToMyCard link.
     
    If I log off of GoToMyCard, do I also need to logout of online/mobile banking?
    Yes. Once you log off GoToMyCard, you can close the confirmation window and return to online/mobile banking to continue use or logout. 
     
    What if I want to see all of my cards together in GoToMyCard?
    You can go directly to GoToMyCard.com from a secure connection.
    • If you’re visiting GoToMyCard for the first time, you will need to register one of your 16-digit card numbers and click on the down arrow in the top right corner to add additional cards.
    •  If you have already registered a card in GoToMyCard, you can click on the down arrow in the top right corner to add additional cards.
    Will my VISA statement change?
    Beginning in October, your Truliant VISA statement will have a new look, but provide the same important information about your credit card. Also, it will be mailed to you, but you can easily request e-statements in GoToMyCard.
     
    Will my Truliant VISA credit card eStatement show in online banking?
    Your October credit card statement will no longer show with your other Truliant e-statements in online banking because it will be mailed to you. If you prefer, you can select GoToMyCard under the Credit Cards tab and then click on e-statements under Quick Links, located on the main page in GoToMyCard.
     
    Will my VISA statement change if I get it electronically?
    Yes. You will receive a paper statement, but can follow these easy steps to request an electronic statement:

    • Log into your account
    • Select the GoToMyCard link under the Credit Cards tab
    • In GoToMyCard, click the e-statements link in the Quick Links section on the main page
    • Select “on” to turn on e-statements
     
    To access GoToMyCard.com from Tru2Go Mobile Banking:
    • Log into the app
    • Select the GoToMyCard icon at the bottom of the screen on an iPhone or in the menu on an Android phone
    • In GoToMyCard, select the Products Services icon
    • Choose e-statements
    • Select “on” in the e-Statements page
     
    What do I need to do if I have my Truliant VISA payment scheduled to pay automatically from my Truliant account?
    Log into online banking and select GoToMyCard under Credit Cards, where you can set up a one-time or recurring automatic payment.  Enter Truliant’s routing number 253177832 and your account number. This payment information will be stored for future one-time and/or recurring payments.
     
    What do I do if I have payments to my Truliant VISA sent from another financial institution? 
    You will need to provide your other financial institution with your
    16-digit card number and this payment address.

    • If you’re visiting GoToMyCard for the first time, you will need to register one of your 16-digit card numbers and click on the down arrow in the top right corner off the Account Summary box to add additional cards.
    •  If you have already registered a card in GoToMyCard, you can click on the down arrow in the top right corner of the Account Summary box to add additional cards.
