Tis the season… for shopping, giving and, for better or worse, spending. With so many of our transactions being done online, wouldn’t it be nice to know that you can do all of these things conveniently and safely? There are so many financial options available – if your mailbox is like mine, it seems like there’s a new credit card offer in there every day. It’s important to be informed, because many of these “great offers” aren’t really all that great.

When we were little kids, we thought the bigger the box, the better the gift. Everyone wanted that huge present to have their name on it. But as we got older, and hopefully wiser, we realize that often the smaller package is indeed the better gift.
