Debt Free Creative Writing Contest

Imagine how your life would be if you and your family were 100% debt free.  What would you do?  How would you spend the extra money or would you be a saver?  You could finally get a new couch or finish those home improvements.  You could save for college expenses or go backpacking across Europe.  You may be someone who simply wants to live life without the weight of debt bearing down on your bank account.

Personally, I’m working on saving up an emergency fund, but after I have that established I will be working on a travel fund.  I love to travel and I love everything about traveling.  I love waiting for my flight, sitting on the plane, sitting next to nice people, sitting next to crazy people, exploring new places, taking loads of pictures until my camera is full.  I love experiencing new cultures, foods, smells, and people.  It’s all very exciting to me.  I’m making a plan to be 100% debt free so that I can travel more often and not have to worry about using money meant for credit card payments.
