Q: Can I use multiple Truliant cards with Apple Pay?
A: Yes. For each Apple Pay enabled device (iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch) you can load up to eight cards. Devices do not share cards, so if you want the same card on two different devices, you will need to load the card on each device separately.

Q: Will I continue to earn rewards and benefits from my credit or debit cards when I pay using Apple Pay?
A: Yes. When you pay using Apple Pay, you'll continue to get the rewards, benefits, and security that your credit or debit card provides.

Q: How can I check my recent transactions?
A: When you view your card in Wallet, you’ll see the last transaction for each credit card or debit card. You might also see the last ten transactions for your cards. Just tap the card and tap . Then tap the Transactions tab. Depending on your credit union, you might see only transactions made from your device. Or you might see all transactions made from your credit or debit card account, including all Apple Pay devices and your actual card.

Q: Why is the transaction amount displayed in Wallet different from what's in my Truliant Online Banking or Truliant App account detail?
A: If you make an Apple Pay purchase with your Debit Card, the merchant may request authorization for an initial amount and send us the actual transaction amount later for payment. The initial authorized amount appears in your Wallet, but the actual transaction amount is deducted from your account. This happens frequently in places where you can add a tip, like restaurants and salons. There can be a significant difference between the amount that's authorized initially and the actual transaction amount, like hotels and car rental agencies. Keep track of your transactions and ensure you have sufficient funds in your accounts to cover the final payment.

Q: Can I continue to use my plastic credit or debit cards if I suspend or remove my cards in Wallet?
A: When you suspend or remove your cards in Wallet, your device-specific Device Account Number is suspended or removed. You can continue to use your plastic credit or debit cards.

Q: What happens if I unpair my Apple Watch from my iPhone?
A: If you unpair your Apple Watch from your iPhone, all of your Apple Pay information is wiped from your Apple Watch. To use Apple Pay on your Apple Watch again, you will need to re-add your card information using the same process as when you initially set it up.
