    Deposit your checks quickly and securely with Easy Deposit to save time and money. Whether you have a personal or business account, Easy Deposit allows you to deposit money without making a trip to your local Member Financial Center.

    Easy Deposit for Personal Banking

    • Choose between two simple deposit options - scan your check and deposit through online banking or use the Tru2Go app and take a picture of your check with your mobile device
    • Deposit up to $2,500 per day and $10,000 over a rolling 30-day period 

    Easy Deposit for Business Banking

    • Choose between two simple deposit options - scan your check and deposit through online banking or use the Tru2Go app and take a picture of your check with your mobile device
    • Deposit up to $20,000 per day and $50,000 over a rolling 30-day period 

    To use Easy Deposit, we ask that you meet these criteria:

    • Follow the new guidelines in terms of endorsement (Click here).
    • Have a qualifying checking account or loan opened at least 30 days
    • Maintain personal and business accounts that are in good standing 
    • Enroll in online banking 
    • Must be at least 14 years of age and those under 18 must have a qualifying adult

  • New, required step for depositing checks remotelyFollow these important steps to avoid processing delays and/or returned checks when making mobile check deposits using the Tru2Go Mobile app: 

    1. Log in to your Tru2Go mobile account and select "More," at the bottom right of your screen. Select "Check Deposit."
       
    2. Choose the account in which to deposit the check.
       
    3. Enter the check amount.
       
    4. Take a picture of the front of the check. Tap "Keep Picture" if okay.
       
    5. (NEW, Required Step)  Sign the back of your check and ALSO write "For Mobile Deposit at Truliant" clearly on the line(s) below your signature. If available, also check the box on your check that says: "Check here if mobile deposit."  IMPORTANT: Please do NOT write in cursive, but instead print "For Mobile Deposit at Truliant" to prevent your check from being delayed or returned.

    6. Take a picture of the back of the check and tap "Keep Picture' if okay. 

    7. Click "Deposit" to finish the process.

    Once your check is accepted, the words "Successful Deposit" should appear on your screen. You will also see a reference number for your records.

  • Deposits are subject to normal check-hold guidelines. Submissions prior to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday may be deposited the same business day. Funds received after these times or items that require review will post the next business day.
