Welcome WJC Members

Important information about the merger.

Dear Former WJC Members,

Since we announced the merger of WJC and Truliant back in October, our teams have been working hard to ensure your transition from being a WJC member to a Truliant member is a seamless one. We are excited to announce that as of Monday, February 1, 2021, your WJC branch is now open for the first time as Truliant Federal Credit Union! Visit our Dasmascus branch page, which includes directions, amenities and hours.

Your accounts and/or loans have been matched to similar products offered by Truliant. As of February 1, 2021, your WJC products have been automatically converted to the Truliant products shown on these Product Guide Information Charts. These charts outline important information related to your new account(s).

You should have received a personalized letter from Truliant. This letter provided your specific Truliant membership information, your account and loan numbers, as well as exciting information on the many new ways you’ll have to access your credit union. If you did not receive a letter from us, please contact us at 855.816.2245.

To answer questions you might have regarding your transition to Truliant Federal Credit Union, please see our list of Frequently Asked Questions below. The current Account Terms and Truth in Savings Disclosures related to your new Truliant membership can be found here.

As a reminder, there is no immediate action required on your part at this time – simply continue to conduct business as you normally do. However, each banking relationship is unique and after reviewing this information, if you have additional questions, please make an appointment online to visit your new branch, or call us at 855.816.2245.

On behalf of our entire staff, welcome to Truliant Federal Credit Union!

Will I be able to withdraw money from my certificate account prior to the maturity date?
