What can I do in Online Banking?

How do I register or sign up for Online Banking?

To access Online Banking for the first time, all you will need is your member number and your current RSVP PIN. If you do not have a PIN, please call us or come by one of our member financial centers. Once you login for the first time, you will be asked to choose a new password for your Online Banking account.

How can I contact Truliant via email?

You may send us a secure email in Online Banking by clicking on the Email button, filling out the form, and click submit. For general questions you may use the form on the Contact Us web page.

How do I contact Truliant Federal Credit Union by phone?

How do I make payments on my TFCU credit cards or loans in Online Banking?

You can make payments by transferring funds from your checking or savings account to your credit card or loan account.

Can I make a "principal only" payment on my TFCU mortgage in Online Banking?

Principal only payments are not available in Online Banking. Give us a call during business hours to make a principal only payment for your mortgage.

How do I order checks online?

You can order checks by choosing the Additional Services tab and then selecting the Check Order form. You will need the starting check number for your order. Please contact us if this is your very first check order or if you would like to make changes to your checks before ordering.
