Truliant Names Mullins Vice President of Real Estate and Facilities

Rich MullinsWINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (Dec. 6, 2022) – Truliant Federal Credit Union announced today that it has hired Rich Mullins to the newly created role of vice president, real estate and facilities.

Mullins joins Truliant’s senior management team. He will be responsible for the management and oversight of Truliant’s general services, property administration, and facilities repairs, maintenance, and project management areas. He reports to Chad Frye, senior vice president of facilities and administrative services.

Mullins has extensive experience in operations and facilities management, vendor relations, and supply chain management, among other areas.

“Rich’s background shows a strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile to exceed expectations,” said Truliant’s Frye. “He has proven leadership and management skills and is a strong strategic thinker who builds teams and leads by example.”

Most recently, Mullins served in business development at JLG Industries offices in Greenville, S.C. and Gastonia, N.C. as senior director of strategic accounts. He is a former Director of Canada Operations and Director of Global Asset Management for AMECO, Inc., integrating operations and business development and creating efficiencies for fleets.

Mullins holds several industry and Occupational Health and Safety certifications. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Carolina.
