Update your Account Number
We sent you a letter explaining that a transaction (either payment or deposit) recently posted to your account using an ‘old’ Truliant account number.
The electronic transaction was most likely a bill, subscription, or direct deposit set up a long time ago with a checking or savings account number that was accurate at the time.
Please ensure you contact the companies or organizations listed on your letter to provide them with the correct account type and account number. This will help guarantee future processing of the transaction.
Frequently Asked Questions:
My account number with these companies and organizations has been the same forever, why do you need me to change it now?

Can someone help me change it?
