Truliant Federal Credit Union ("us", "we", or "our") operates the https://www.truliantfcu.org website (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

(2) Mobile App Data
- Tru2Go® mobile app collects location data to enable geofencing and beacon scanning essentials for Truliant marketing even when the app is closed or not in use.
- A unique user ID is randomly generated at initial app access and used for identification purposes to send marketing and informational campaigns without the use of sensitive information. This unique user ID is updated after each app reinstall.
- Tru2Go mobile app collects third party interaction data to track app entry, app exit, and pages viewed within the app.
- Tru2Go mobile app collects your first name for personalized marketing and information purposes.
(3) Usage Data
We may also collect information on how the Service is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
(4) Tracking Cookies Data
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and we hold certain information. Cookies are files with a small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device. Some features included in digital banking on both our website and the Tru2Go mobile app may request access to data located on the device used to access digital banking. This may include biometric, camera (e.g. to utilize the mobile deposit capture service), contacts, and location data.
You will be prompted to allow access to the above data in this Section 5, and if you decline access, the feature requiring that data will not be fully functional.
