Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for our hardship assistance, you must meet the following criteria:
You must be a Truliant member with outstanding Truliant loans.
You have experienced a significant and unforeseen financial challenge.
You can provide documentation supporting your hardship request.
You agree to work with our team to find a suitable solution.
How to Apply
If you are facing a financial hardship and need assistance, please follow these steps to apply:
Gather necessary documents, including income statements and explanations of your situation.
Fill out the member assistance form.
A representative will contact you within two business days to discuss your application.
