Employee Volunteer Program
A benefit to employees seeking opportunities to give back to the community in a way they find personally meaningful.
Truliant is proud to partner with the Truliant Foundation to offer dedicated paid time off for employees to volunteer and support local nonprofit organizations in our community. The Employee Volunteer Program (EVP) removes barriers created when volunteer opportunities occur during normal business or working hours.
Annually, all full-time Truliant employees receive 16 EVP hours while part-time employees receive 8 EVP hours. When they complete their allotment of hours, employees are eligible to receive recognition as a quarterly award winner, as well as the opportunity to nominate a nonprofit organization to receive a $1,000 grant from the Truliant Foundation on their behalf.
At the end of the year, all employees who complete their full allotment of volunteer hours are also eligible to apply to win the Truliant Employee Volunteer of the Year award. The winner is recognized and receives the opportunity to nominate a nonprofit organization to receive a $2,000 grant from the Truliant Foundation.
Employees can volunteer to support any organization if it is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit or school that operates within a community Truliant serves. If your organization is seeking volunteers, please contact the Truliant Foundation at [email protected] to be considered for future opportunities.

About the Truliant Foundation
Established in 2023, the Truliant Foundation is a 501(c)(3) public charity with a purpose to lift up and transform Truliant member communities through charitable giving, collaboration, and meaningful partnerships. The Foundation strives to be a catalyst of growth for established nonprofits seeking the support and guidance they need to flourish and spark positive change in their communities. The Foundation also provides college scholarships to Truliant members and relief funds to Truliant employees facing unforeseen personal hardships.
