Delete Your Online and Mobile Banking Access
Deleting your online account will NOT reset your password or delete your banking account.

Truliant Federal Credit Union values your privacy. If you wish to delete your digital banking access (the account profile you use to log in to our online banking system and our mobile app), please complete the form below.
Your information will be reviewed and a Truliant team member will contact you for further verification within 3 business days. You must confirm this request with the Truliant representative that will call you.
Please note that when your digital banking access is deleted:
- You will no longer be able to log in to online banking or the Tru2Go® mobile app.
- You will not be able to see electronic copies of past account statements. If you have opted in to receiving electronic statements and/or tax documents, your preferences will be changed to receiving paper statements and paper tax documents.
- Any activity you previously set up within online banking or our mobile app will be disabled and/or deleted. This includes real-time account alerts, Bill Pay payments and payee info, External Transfers to other people or accounts, Cross Member Transfers, and scheduled or recurring transfers, as well as any history for any of these services. When we contact you for verification, we will review specific impacts to you based on the features you use.
- Your Truliant financial accounts and loans will remain open and unaffected. This form is only used for deleting your online banking profile.
