How Can I Qualify and Apply for a Car Loan?

Loan qualifications differ depending on which loan you are applying for. The best way to find out if you qualify for a loan is to apply. There is no cost to do so, and our loan staff will work with you to look for ways to get your loan request approved. Please note: you must be at least 18 years old and a member of Truliant FCU in order to apply. Shop around and compare! Truliant offers loans that fit your needs. Select Borrow in the menu above and click on Apply for a Loan. You can then choose which loan best suits your needs and apply online.

How Can I Find Out the Payoff Amount of My Auto Loan and What Happens Once I Pay It Off?

Auto Loan Payoff information can be obtained by calling 833.696.0157 (Please have your full auto loan account number available for reference). You may also access payoff information via online and mobile banking, or by visiting a local branch for assistance. Once your loan is paid off, your title will be sent to the address on file and will arrive within 14 to 21 business days. The timeframe to receive your title will vary depending on whether you have an electronic or paper title and on how quickly it is handled by the DMV and US mail.

What Do I Need To Do With My Auto Loan Before I Move?

If you’re moving to a new state and have an open auto loan with us, you will need to initiate the state change with the new state’s DMV/DOT. The DMV should then fax us the state change request details to 336-794-5096. If you are moving to New York, please contact us at 800.822.0382 for a copy of your title.
