Closed Accounts and Loans in Digital Banking


Why are my closed accounts or loans not visible in online banking or Tru2Go?

On November 15th, 2023 you will no longer see your closed accounts and loans in online or mobile banking.

Moving forward, all accounts or loans that are closed will be automatically removed within a day or so. However, you may still access closed loan or account information in "Statements & Documents" within online and mobile banking.

If you haven't used "Statements & Documents" before, you can quickly enroll here. We'll keep statements online for three years, but you can always call us at 800.822.0382 if you need older statements or have any further questions.
