Do You Offer Trust Accounts?

Yes! We offer both Revocable and Irrevocable Trust accounts. However, Trusts are what we refer to as Specialty Accounts. This means there are certain documents that you will be required to provide if you are interested in opening such an account with us. Refer to the list below:
Things to remember:

  • Certificate of Trust or Trust document
  • Truliant’s Certificate of Trust Affidavit
  • Revocable Trust – use SSN / TIN
  • Irrevocable – TIN only

Do You Offer Representative Payee Accounts?

Representative Payee accounts are what we refer to as Specialty Accounts. This means there are certain documents that you will be required to provide if you are interested in opening such an account with us. Refer to the list below for Representative Payee Accounts:

  • Letter from Social Security Administration naming the rep-payee
  • SSN for Beneficiary

Do You Offer Power of Attorney Accounts?

Yes! However, Power of Attorney accounts are what we refer to as Specialty Accounts. This means there are certain documents that you will be required to provide if you are interested in opening such an account with us.
Things to remember:

  • Truliant's Affidavit of Attorney in Fact form
  • Notary Public signature required

How Do I Update the Beneficiary on My Account?

Members can add a Payable on Death beneficiary to their account by giving us a call at 800.822.0382 or stopping by any of our local branches. Simply ask for a ‘Payable on Death Account Agreement.’

Do You Offer Will Writing Services?

Truliant does not offer will writing services. We suggest you hire a local attorney for last will and testament documents.
