How Long Will My Debit Card Stay Active After I Report a Fraud?

Once fraud has been reported for the card we will deactivate/block it immediately and you will no longer be able to use it. We realize that this situation is an inconvenience to you but we need to block the card to prevent further fraudulent attempts.

How Long Will It Take for the Money To Be Replaced in My Account After a Fraudulent Debit Card Transaction?

It typically takes up to 48-72 hours from the time the EFT Department receives the dispute forms, but could be longer depending on the situation.
