How Do I Order a New Debit Card?

To order a new debit card, please contact a member service representative by filling out our Contact Form, calling 800.822.0382, or visiting one of our branch locations.
You can also fill out the ATM/Check Card Application online and mail or fax it into the address listed below. Request your card today!

Can I Get a New Debit Card at Any Branch?

Yes, visit your local branch for a new ATM or Debit Card.

Will My Debit Card Be Mailed to My Home Address and When Should I Receive It?

The card will be mailed to the address on file with the account associated with the card. If the address on file is your home address, yes it will be sent there. It could take up to 10 business days to receive your ATM, Debit or Credit Card in the mail. Arrival time may take longer due to instances such as weather or Mass card mailings. If you have not received your card after this timeframe, please contact a Truliant representative.
