How Do I Order a New Debit Card?
To order a new debit card, please contact a member service representative by calling 800.822.0382, or visiting one of our branch locations.
If you believe your Debit card has been lost or stolen, please contact a member representative straight away at 800.822.0382 to protect your accounts.
Can I Get a New Debit Card at Any Branch?
Yes, visit your local branch for a new ATM or Debit Card.
When Will I Receive My Card?
It can take up to 7 to 10 business days to receive your ATM, Debit or Credit Card in the mail, and it will arrive in a plain white envelope. Arrival time may be affected by weather or holidays. If you have not received your card after this timeframe, please contact a Truliant representative.
