Setup Timely Account Alerts

Why setup account alerts?

Know about your account activity quicker! Whether it’s a low balance alert on your checking account or a reminder to make your car payment, we’ll keep you updated. Alerts are sent throughout the day, 7 days a week (8 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET).

Alert Type Examples:
  • Large deposit
  • High balance
  • Low balance
  • Large withdrawal
  • Loan payment due


How to setup or edit your alerts:

You can update alert and delivery preferences within online banking by accessing 'Notifications' in the top right of the page, then 'Settings.'

You can select whether you want email and/or text message alerts. If you would like to receive push notifications, you will need to turn those on in the Truliant app.


Please note: Pending transactions will not generate an alert. Alerts are only sent after a transaction posts to your account.
