How to Setup an Online Banking Account

How Can I Retrieve My Login for Tru2go?

Please give us a call at 800.822.0382 to retrieve your Online Banking or Tru2Go log in credentials. If you have an email address on file, you can also use the Forgot Login feature. Our Tru2Go app supports face & finger print recognition login on supported devices. To turn these on, navigate to the gear icon in the top right of the ‘More’ menu. Members with joint owner roles on deposit and loan accounts would be able to see/access their accounts in the Tru2Go app on the Accounts page. Some accounts you can see but not access or withdraw/deposit funds.

How Do I Sign Up for Digital Banking?

The first time you login to digital banking from the website or our Tru2Go mobile app, select ‘Sign Up’ and complete the registration form.

  • Create a username and password.
  • Enter your member number and answer some security questions with information that matches what you entered on your application.

Why Won’t the App Connect to My Bank Account?

You will need to contact one of our member service representatives. We may need to update your PIN/account number log-in information.

With Online Banking, you can view your account history, make online transfers, access Bill Pay & eStatements...and more! All from the comfort of your own home.

If I Change My Password in the Tru2Go App, Do I Also Have To Change It on My Computer?

Yes, you should change it on your computer. You should receive a failed login attempt if you use your old password.
