How to Setup an Online Banking Account with Truliant

How Can I Retrieve My Login for Tru2go?

Please give us a call at 800.822.0382 to retrieve your Online Banking or Tru2Go log in credentials. If you have an email address on file, you can also use the Forgot Login feature. Our Tru2Go app supports face & finger print recognition login on supported devices. To turn these on, navigate to the gear icon in the top right of the ‘More’ menu. Members with joint owner roles on deposit and loan accounts would be able to see/access their accounts in the Tru2Go app on the Accounts page. Some accounts you can see but not access or withdraw/deposit funds.

How Do I Sign Up for Digital Banking?

The first time you login to digital banking from the website or our Tru2Go mobile app, enter your member number as your username and the last 4 digits of your social security number as your password. You will be prompted to choose a new username and a password.

What Can I Do in Digital Banking?

Visit our digital banking page to learn more about the features and capabilities, including demos, you will have at your fingertips when you sign up. If you don't remember or can't locate your member number call us at 800.822.0382.

How Do I Setup an Online Account?

With Tru2Go Online Banking, you can view your account history, make online transfers, access Bill Pay & eStatements...and more! All from the comfort of your own home.
To enroll:

  • From the website click ‘Login’ or from the Tru2Go app click 'Sign up.' Then enter your member number as your username and the last 4 digits of your social security number as your password.
  • If you do not remember your 4-digit online banking pin or did not receive your 4-digit pin, please visit your local Member Financial Center or contact our Member Contact Center at 800.822.0382 to obtain a new PIN.

To learn more about the convenience of banking online, please refer to our Tru2Go Online Banking page. Upon initial login, new online banking users will input their member number as the username and the 4-digit pin that was provided during setup. The system will prompt you to create a unique username and new password that meets our requirements. You will also be asked to set up security features to protect your account from unauthorized use.

Why Won’t the App Connect to My Bank Account?

You will need to contact one of our member service representatives. We may need to update your PIN/account number log-in information.

What Types of Accounts Can Be Viewed With Online Banking?

You can access any one of your Truliant accounts with Tru2Go Online Banking

  • Hover over the Online Banking login and enter your member number and the 4-digit online banking PIN that you chose when applying for membership.
  • If you do not remember your 4-digit online banking pin or did not receive your 4-digit pin, please visit your local Member Financial Center or contact our Member Contact Center at 800.822.0382 to obtain a new PIN.

If I Change My Password in the Tru2Go App, Do I Also Have To Change It on My Computer?

Yes, you should change it on your computer. You should receive a failed login attempt if you use your old password.
