How Do I Change My Name, Address, or Any Other Contact Information?

It's important that Truliant has a member's most recent email address. This allows us to communicate important changes or system updates, new products and services, branch-related closings, the latest health updates, member contests and more.

ccasionally we ask members to verify and/or edit their latest email address. This can be accomplished quickly and easily using either Online Banking or the Tru2Go® Mobile App.
Here are the steps to take to verify or update your email address:
From Online Banking:

  • Login and click “My Settings” at the top right of the main accounts page
  • Click “Edit” next to Primary Email
  • Enter or confirm your valid email address in the Primary Email field
  • Enter your login password for security purposes
  • Click “Save” Using the Tru2Go Mobile App:
  • Login and click “More” to open the menu list
  • Click the "Settings" icon (the "gear") in the top right
  • Click “My Settings”
  • Click “Edit” next to Primary Email
  • Enter or confirm your valid email address in the Primary Email field
  • Enter your valid email address in the Primary Email field
  • Enter your login password for security purposes
  • Click “Save”

How Do I Update My Contact Info?

You have four options to update your contact information:

  1. Login to Online Banking or the mobile app, select Settings to update your email or physical address
  2. Call us at 800.822.0382
  3. Visit a branch and bring a photo ID
  4. Send your new contact information by mail including your signature and the Personal Account Change Form

Can I Retrieve My Login Credentials Without Using an Email Account?

Please give us a call at 800.822.0382 to retrieve your Online Banking or Tru2Go log in credentials.
If you have an email address on file, you can also use the Forgot Login feature.
