Updating Your Personal Information

Updating your email address:

We regularly ask members to update their email address. Members can call 800-822-0382 or use Online Banking or the Tru2Go® Mobile App:

    In Online Banking:
  • Login and click “My Settings” at the top right of the main accounts page. This will bring up your personal information
  • Under “Primary Email,” make sure we have your latest email. If it is correct, there is nothing else you need to do and can exit online banking
  • To change or update your email, enter the new email in the Primary Email field and enter your mobile app password for security purposes
    In the Tru2Go® Mobile App:
  • Login to the Tru2Go® mobile app and select “More” from the bottom right menu
  • Tap the gear icon at the top right of the screen
  • Tap “My Settings”
  • Under “Primary Email,” make sure we have your latest email. If it is correct, there is nothing else you need to do.
  • To update your email, enter the new email in the Primary Email field and enter your mobile app password for security purposes

Updating other contact information:

  1. Physical Address: Login to Online Banking or the Tru2Go® Mobile App. Choose "Settings" and adjust as needed
  2. Telephone Number: To update your telephone number, please call 800-822-0382
  3. By Mail: Print out and complete, including your signature, the Personal Account Change Form and mail to: Truliant Federal Credit Union, P.O Box 26000, Winston-Salem, NC 27103. You can also drop the form off at one of our branches.
  4. Contact Us at 800-822-0382 or visit any of our branches (please bring a valid photo ID)

Retrieving your login credentials

Call 800-822-0382 to retrieve your Online Banking or Tru2Go® log in credentials. If you have a valid email address on file, you can also choose the “Forgot Login” feature.
